From 20 to 26 November 2017 Bellavita Academy will be celebrating the Italian cuisine week. The annual event is taking place every late November in different countries promoting worldwide the Italian gastronomic culture with thousands of appointments.
Coordinated by Italy’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the initiative aims to support Italian cuisine abroad, informing and educating people about the broad range of Italian culinary traditions and local identities. During the week, participants will have the chance to attend various events such as educational conferences, panels, workshops, product exhibitions, themed tastings and masterclasses held by sought-after Italian chefs.
The series of events will also explore the evolution of food production that has been taking place over the last few centuries, looking at this dynamic transition as human needs continue to change.
