This two day intensive course teaches the fundamentals of serving wine in any type of outlet.

It is the most popular qualification within the wine & spirit industry and hospitality professionals as it provides an excellent all-round product knowledge. The course is also suitable for the interested consumer.

We suggest at least 12 hours of self-study on the text book prior to the course.

The aim of the course is to focus on the key grape varieties and regions of the world, and principal categories of spirits.
